Alfredo brings to OMT innovative and effective change approaches such as appreciative inquiry, design thinking, experiential learning and executive coaching to strengthen our clients’ creativity, innovation, communication and leadership skills.
Alfredo joined OMT as a consultant in 2013 and ever since then has been implementing Training and Development programs in more than 15 countries. He deeply believes that businesses are powerful institutions to do good and change lives.
