Denise has almost 20 years’ experience with large multinational organisations in a range of leadership development, operations, change management and training & coaching roles. Denise’s background is primarily in financial services, with a wide range of experience within this industry, culminating in an array of practical skills including team leadership, operations management, change leadership, project management and internal coaching & mentoring.

Denise’s experience also includes the design and delivery of leadership programmes and learning interventions up to Senior Executive level and the provision of internal coaching to management at various levels in customer-facing and support-based roles.

She is passionate about the development of leaders and their people, Denise uses a variety of skills and techniques to bring learning to life and to enhance the lives of those whose development she supports.
