Donal comes from a sporting background, his passion and beliefs show the great behaviours and practices that sporting people and businesses can learn from each other. Donal has an excellent ability to read a group- what their world is and what is impacting it.
He is continually improving his performance in a personal or professional capacity which has led him to dedicate the last 20 years to researching, studying, modelling and teaching performance strategies to individuals, teams, and organisations.
