Emma Lynch

Emma is a practitioner of Positive Psychology, a wellbeing facilitator, and a leadership and career coach. She has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, as well as a Masters in Human Resource Management. Her specialty is supporting leaders and neurodivergent employees in finding the clarity, direction, and goals they need to succeed in the workplace.

Emma also conducts well-being workshops based on the science of Positive Psychology. Prior to her work in coaching and positive psychology, Emma spent over 13 years as an HR manager in the recruitment and hospitality sector.

One of Emma’s greatest strengths is her love of learning, and she is an avid reader. Emma follows a 10-page-a-day rule and aims to read 20-30 books per year across the positive psychology and wellbeing sector, as well as plenty of novels.

Emma’s most important job is being a mother to her two daughters, who are 8 and 6. They all enjoy reading and can often be found strolling around the local bookshop or library. Emma is also working on improving her swimming and hopes to eventually participate in an open-water event.
