Kevin is a consultant with 20 years building leadership and organisational capability in complex organisations. He has held senior roles across multiple verticals, including global tech (Google), pharma (ICON plc) as well as international education, healthcare, fintech and the music industry.
Kevin has extensive individual and team coaching experience to c-suite level, has designed and facilitated multiple team, manager and leadership interventions, and specialises in working with leaders to build self-awareness, authenticity and collaboration, enabling both personal and team effectiveness.
He is especially interested adaptive leadership practices, systems thinking and emotional Intelligence as drivers of personal and organisational change.
He has considerable experience in broader aspects of talent management including performance management, succession planning and high-potential leader development, and deep experience in organisational learning strategy and digitally mediated solutions.
