Lori Muhlstein
Lori joined OMT in early 2018. Lori has more than 15 years as a trainer, facilitator, and speaker. Her expertise focuses on critical communication skills such as impactful interpersonal communication, team collaboration, and thinking on your feet – skills that help people build solid working relationships leading to enhanced work and leadership performance.
During her successful career at Verizon Communications, Lori helped to develop sales training programs and as a Senior Manager led various sales, marketing, and learning and development teams. Drawing on her experience as an improviser and actor, Lori creates a fun learning environment that helps people get the most out of their learning experience.
She holds a Masters in Public Management and a BA in Communications with several certifications including completion of The Second City’s ReWire University improv for business program.
Lori enjoys Acting/Directing, Baseball, Spending time with her family.
