Mary is a highly skilled and dynamic organisational development and human resources consultant with 16 years’ experience in a wide variety of Corporate, SME, public, private and third sector organisations across Ireland, Europe and the US.
Her interest and passion for consultancy was sparked by her ability to see possibilities beyond what is already present and known. Through her client interactions, Mary draws on the wealth and depth of her past experiences to help individuals and teams uncover practical solutions to real business issues.
Mary specialises in the areas of Organisational Development, Change Management, Diagnostic Design and Interpretation, Performance Management, Leadership and Coaching. She has partnered extensively with HR functions in various organisations to design and deliver a broad range of offerings including Competency Frameworks, Assessment Centres, Employee Engagement Initiatives and HR Business Partner Up-Skilling as well as facilitating a broad array of training programmes both within Ireland and internationally.
