Her ability to drive efficiency while ensuring high standards of performance made her a trusted leader and collaborator across departments. Noelle’s strong communication skills allowed her to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organisation.
Stepping into the role of Learning and Development Trainer Noelle has expanded her skill set by becoming Insights-accredited and earning her coaching practitioner credentials. Insights accreditation enables her to leverage behavioural assessment tools to enhance self-awareness, communication, and collaboration within teams. By combining these tools with her coaching expertise, Noelle delivers training that goes beyond theoretical knowledge and instead focuses on personal transformation, practical application, and sustainable change. Noelle is passionate about working with Team Leaders, Supervisors and those stepping into management roles for the first time. She has an innate ability to build strong connections with participants, helping them to feel comfortable in the learning environment, and pushing them to develop the leadership skills they need to succeed in their roles.
