Shauna joined OMT in 2017 and has over 4 years’ experience in Learning and Development. She specialises in design, development and delivery of both front line and managerial level management. Shauna comes from a retail family background and has over 4 year’s retail management experience with a multinational retail chain. She has extensive expertise and a true passion for Retail.
Shauna is a dynamic facilitator and trainer possessing enthusiasm, energy and engaging personality. She has strong interpersonal skills, good judgement, and natural ability to form relationships.
Shauna has a passion for creating best practice solutions for clients in terms of their Learning and Development challenges. She enjoys working with people who want to make a difference within themselves both personally and professionally. She loves to see people reach their full potential and taking them on a journey.
