Stephanie joined OMT Global in 2018. Before that, she spent her non-consulting career as a chronic & infectious disease epidemiologist, analyst, leadership instructor, and people manager.
She is passionate about helping people in organisations become the best version of themselves through delivering enterprise-wide training programs, facilitating small & large groups, coaching teams & individuals, and conducting train-the-trainer programs.
Stephanie enjoys learning languages (current focus is Korean), travelling, and the arts.
