With over 15 year’s industry experience as a Finance Manager, HR Manager & Change Manager with multinational companies, Vincent has been a Senior Consultant with OMT Global since 2001. Working with Senior and Middle Managers across both Private and Public Sectors, he has successfully delivered a broad range of Organizational Development Activities including Cultural Change Interventions, the implementation of Performance Management Systems and the roll-out of extensive Management Development Programmes.
